Google Listens
Today is a happy day. I checked out Google reader for my RSS reader after the Rojo catastrophe and it was still lacking hardcore for what I needed. So for the last week or so I have been tolerating Rojo’s BS and praying for them to fix their bugs. This morning I woke up and saw that Google Reader had completely redone their interface of the Reader to be the BEST reader I have ever seen, including all the features I wanted… tagging, saving, feeds of my saves etc. It even uses a “smart” style read feature in that as you scroll down the page it marks the items you have “seen” as read. Not like Rojo where you had to click “I Read this” or with Bloglines that if you pulled up the page the whole page was “read” whether you actually saw it or not.
I STRONGLY suggest you all export your OPML and give it a spin.

Heh, OPML.
Who knew?
I’m glad I didn’t have to manually re-enter all my feeds. Is google reader buggy for you, rendering-wise, when you view syndications with a large number of articles?
