Friday the 13th! Ok… let see. I went and saw The Matrix Reloaded… I didn’t like it that much the first time, but the second, third and fourth were good. I have spent the last month or so updating my site with a new color scheme and new code. It looks ALMOST identical to what the old site used to look like, however I had to redo it from scratch. It is now XHTML compliant (or will be when I am done), so ALL the HTML had to be redone, which is what took the time. I decided to change the color scheme because as much as I love blue, orange and gray are much harder to work with, and that makes it more of a challenge. Honestly, you could take a piece of shit and paint it blue and it would look good. There are three schools of thought on this type of thing… the A) If everyone else is using it, it must be good and I am too stupid/lazy to make my own decision (most people), the rare B) option of if everyone is using blue, and I use it I have to be 1000 times better then anyone else in order to stand out and the C) I should use something that isn’t overdone… so why did I do it? None of those reason… the honest truth is I saw it on a WB commercial and I liked the combo… you found out my dirty little secret… I am a WB groopie. Ok what else … lets see… well Jeff and Deanna broke up, although are remaining friends… my Mom is getting married here in Vegas in the next two weeks or so… Defcon is coming up in two months. I have submitted about 8 logos to the defcon logo contest for consideration. I bought Enter the Matrix. I got a bunch of stuff from Logitech… an elite keyboard, a cordless rechargeable mouse, a webcam and a digital cam. Needless to say I am happy with my toys. I recently upgraded my Dell with a Sony Multiscan E540 21 inch Trinitron Monitor and 128MB AGP GeForce Ti 4600 Video Card and 8x/4x/32x DVD/CD-RW Drives, so things are looking good on the PC front. I am sure there is so much more… but this is good for now.
